Two Awards in Two Weeks, and the Women Who Made It Happen

At SheCures, we are proud and deeply grateful to have received two important recognitions within two weeks: the Go Circular Award 2025 for pioneering sustainability and circularity in Sierra Leone, and the AHAIC 2025 Women in Global Health Award for our contribution to maternal and menstrual health.These awards are not only symbols of achievement. They are a tribute to the women who cut, sew, teach, organise, travel, listen, and serve. They are a tribute to our customers, partners, schools, and communities who have trusted SheCures and helped us grow.Our reusable pads are part of a circular approach to menstrual health. They reduce waste, support local production, and help families access longer lasting menstrual products. By producing locally, we also reduce dependence on imported products and contribute to skills development and income generation within our communities.We are proud of this recognition, but we know that awards are not the end of the work. They are a reminder to go further.
